My address wasn't found. What do I do?
TrashAlert currently covers 6.2M+ addresses across 14 US cities including San Diego, Austin, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, Denver, and New York City. If your city isn't supported yet, visit our Add Your City page to request coverage. Try entering your full street address (e.g., "1234 Main St").
How do reminders work?
Sign up with your email on the web, or enable push notifications in the TrashAlert app. We'll send you a reminder the evening before your pickup day so you never forget to take the bins out.
Is my data private?
Yes. We collect minimal data, don't use tracking cookies, don't sell your information, and don't serve ads. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is TrashAlert free?
Yes! TrashAlert is free to use for personal lookups and reminders. We offer enterprise plans for property managers and HOAs who need to manage schedules for multiple addresses.
My schedule seems wrong. How do I report it?
Our data comes directly from official municipal sources and is updated regularly. If you believe your schedule is incorrect, email us at the address below and include your full street address and the correct pickup day. We'll investigate and update our records.
